Responsible for ongoing support, enhancement and providing leadership of the bank's overall risk management programs which include Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk Management, and Risk and Governance Management Programs in compliance with applicable regulations and bank practices. Incumbent will lead, execute, and enhance various Enterprise, Operational and Governance Risk Management programs and activities, which may include : Risk Appetite Statements, Enterprise Risk Monitoring, Risk and Control Self-Assessment, New Product and Service Risk Assessment, facilitate Corporate Risk Assessments, Corporate Policy, Charter and Procedure Management, among other Risk Programs. Person will establish cross-functional partnerships with various Business Lines to ensure strong communication and a consistent application of Risk Management Program requirements. Additionally, person will use a logical, risk-based thought process and experience to perform independent analytics that will assist management with risk identification, root cause analysis, reporting and ongoing monitoring of overall risk profiles. In addition, this incumbent will stay up-to-date with regulatory guidance and bank initiatives to identify and implement efficiencies and enhancements to the Risk Programs.

As a Senior Enterprise Risk Analyst, you will :

• Maintain parameters for assigned Program(s) in accordance with industry and Company requirements; ensure quality implementation, comprehensiveness and value to Business Lines, and support ongoing assessment / enhancement of assigned Program(s) in line with organizational needs, scale and regulatory requirements. Execute second line of defense responsibilities for assigned Program(s).
• Serve as expert Risk Management liaison to Business Lines as assigned; provide support and guidance on all Risk Programs; analyze opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions; use risk-based analysis and experience in responding to inquiries of moderate to high risk and complexity.
• Lead development and support ongoing maintenance of departmental risk management tools and associated output / reporting ensuring value, timeliness and accuracy; use sound judgment and logical decision-making to recommend advancements with tools and systems.
• Remain current with risk regulatory guidance and industry best practices via public domain, industry-specific organizations, and internal contacts and look to recommend strategy and enhancements to bank programs.
• Facilitate and coordinate Board and Committee materials, and presentations for Committee, and Board meetings.
• Provide risk advisory and support on various Business Line and / or Company-wide initiatives as assigned.
• Participate with corporate governance committees / forums / working groups on behalf of the Risk Management function.
