Oracle HCM Cloud Developer

A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Cloud Conversion Developer.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement data conversion strategies for Oracle HCM Cloud systems

Design and automate data conversions using tools such as HDLs, Spreadsheet Loaders, and HCM Extracts

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and ensure data integrity throughout the conversion process

Required Qualifications

Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud data conversions, including HDLs, Spreadsheet Loaders, and HCM Extracts

Proficiency in data mapping and understanding of Oracle HCM Core HR & Benefits

Strong knowledge of Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP)

Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field
