Somerce is a specialist TikTok Shop agency helping leading brands grow through social commerce. We partner with some of the most exciting names in beauty, wellness, and lifestyle, driving strategy, creator partnerships, and TikTok Shop growth. Our team is passionate about the future of e-commerce and we’re looking for ambitious people who want to be at the forefront of it.

We’re now hiring a TikTok Shop Account Manager to join our growing US team, based in New York City.

What you’ll do

Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as the main point of contact for TikTok Shop campaigns.
Develop and execute TikTok Shop growth strategies to drive sales, conversions, and brand visibility.
Build and maintain strong relationships with TikTok creators, affiliates, and live hosts.
Plan and optimise product listings, promotions, and content strategies for maximum performance.
Monitor campaign data, prepare weekly reports, and deliver actionable insights to clients.
Work closely with our creative and operations teams to deliver engaging live shopping and content campaigns.
Stay on top of TikTok trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to bring fresh ideas to clien

Requirements

What we’re looking for

2+ years’ experience in account management, influencer marketing, or e-commerce.

Strong understanding of TikTok Shop and / or TikTok influencer marketing.

Commercially minded with proven ability to hit targets and drive growth.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Highly organised, able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.

A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, start-up style environment.
