Job descriptionDevelopment and Implementation of data-driven TikTok Shop campaigns Creation of detailed creator briefings for optimal conversion performance Strategic planning of product seeding and live-shopping events Analysis and Reporting of your creator collaborations based on relevant KPIs Continuous Optimization of creator performance through A / B testing You live and breathe TikTok and understand the dynamics of social commerce You have already gained experience with TikTok Shop or other social shopping platforms You know the creator economy and understand how successful partnerships work You have excellent negotiation skills and a knack for win-win situations You have strong analytical skills and a knack for performance tracking You are a strong communicator and have the ability to build long-term relationships You have creativity and initiative in developing new campaign formats You are a networker with an authentic interest in people and their content You think entrepreneurially and have an eye for profitable collaborations You are team-oriented and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment You bring passion for e-commerce and social media Uncapped OTEs the more successful you are, the more you earn. Your work brings you into direct contact with leading brands in DACH (e.g., Leitz, Ravensburger, Health Routine, BrainEffect, etc.) you actively shape the future of these companies on TikTok Shop. Work closely with founders who are young, hungry, and experienced and know how it's done because they've done it already. Our office in Berlin is located right in the heart of Berlin (directly in Mitte between Weinmeisterstrae and Alexanderplatz). On top, we offer the possibility to work remotely. Good work requires the right equipment. A new MacBook with noise-cancelling headphones is a must! A strong team spirit is important to us, which is why we regularly organize team events in great places in Europe.
Influencer & Affiliate-Marketing Manager
We see TikTok Shop as a game-changer for the German market - that's why we became an early exclusive TikTok Shop partner.
To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for an Influencer & Affiliate-Marketing Manager with a focus on TikTok Shop.
Our mission : To help brands utilize the explosive growth of TikTok Shop and build authentic creator partnerships that generate sales.

Creator Acquisition & Relationship Management :
- Identification and Acquisition of profitable TikTok Creators for our partner brands
- Building and Maintaining a strong creator network with a focus on TikTok Shop performance
- Negotiation of fair compensation models with creators
