Manufacturing Analyst

Sales are up, so we are actively seeking new team members to meet the continually growing demand. We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for manufacturing and maintain accurate records in the ERP system. The ideal candidate is organized, highly detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data on all factors that can influence costs, such as raw materials, labor, equipment, tooling, subcontracts, and overhead.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and production teams to understand project requirements and ensure accurate costing.
• Develop and maintain cost models and databases to support the estimating process.
• Enter, review and management Bill of Material records.
• Assist in inventory management, understand job management (accuracy of manufacturing jobs, part configurations) and support purchasing as needed.
