Job description

Job Title : Sales Representative (High-Earning Potential | Warm Leads Only)

Location : Remote / Local Travel Within Assigned Market

What You’ll Do :

  • Travel within your local territory to meet pre-qualified leads (no cold calling!)
  • Conduct dynamic in-home sales presentations and product demonstrations (~45 minutes)
  • One-call close and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
  • Accurately manage leads and follow-ups using an iPad and CRM system

What You Bring :

  • Proven success in outside or in-home sales (Roofing, HVAC, Windows, or Solar preferred)
  • Strong closer with the ability to one-call close
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable using an iPad and CRM tools
  • Highly motivated, goal-driven, and self-managing
  • Willingness to travel locally within your assigned territory
