Onsite Membership Coordinator
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Onsite Membership Coordinator to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii. This long-term contract position involves extensive interaction with members and non-members, ensuring exceptional service and fostering positive relationships. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to engaging with diverse stakeholders. Responsibilities include :
- Build and nurture relationships with members and non-members through consistent outreach, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Handle inquiries with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
- Review, follow up on, and approve membership applications efficiently.
- Organize and participate in membership events, meetings, and related activities.
- Maintain and update the membership database to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to manage annual dues, resignations, and membership category changes.
- Prepare detailed reports as needed to support organizational goals.
- Assist with special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements include :
At least 3 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field.Proficiency in computer applications and the ability to navigate databases effectively.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on professionalism.A positive attitude and comfort in engaging with individuals at all levels, including members, employees, and executives.Proven ability to attract new members while maintaining strong relationships with current ones.Flexibility to attend membership events and meetings as required.Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
