Part-Time Maintenance Position

Two locations North Huntingdon, PA

1520 hours per week, with potential for additional hours in the f uture

    Requirements :

    Maintenance Job Duties include :

  • Maintain GS property(s) for cleanliness and general housekeeping
  • Landscaping : grass cutting, mulching, hedge trimming, snow removal etc.
  • Ensure all equipment on property is in working condition
  • Other duties as assigned

    • Maintenance Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of property maintenance experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work well with people
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to move throughout the property to which assigned and the ability to climb stairs
  • Ability to life moderate to heavy objects (up to 100lbs)
  • Must have a valid Drivers License and willing to travel within the area
