A Day in the Life of a Senior Project Administrator

Are you a master of organization who thrives in a fast-paced environment? As a Sr. Project Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our project teams, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. From keeping documentation precise and up to date to tracking progress and providing timely updates to stakeholders, your work ensures our projects succeed from start to finish.

In this role, you'll seamlessly balance managing files, updating timelines, and supporting audits and billing, all while serving as a trusted point of contact for internal and external partners. When challenges arise, you're the confident problem-solver who steps in to manage escalations and keep projects on track. Responsibilities :

  • Compile and manage field data, reports, timesheets, and materials
  • Maintain accurate job files and update company systems
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams on invoicing and project details
  • Audit paperwork, reconcile costs, and prepare client invoices
  • Handle A / R tasks, including collections, check coding, and credit memos
  • Assign team losses and manage 2nd-tier escalations
  • Conduct file audits to ensure compliance

Experience & Education :

  • 3 or more years in Project administration in the restoration / construction industry
  • 1 or more years of experience with time / material software
  • High school diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred
  • Ability to travel, preferred
