About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Marketing to spearhead its brand strategy and institutional presence. This senior leadership role is pivotal in defining the firm's positioning and perception within the financial and real estate sectors, both digitally and through high-impact external relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting and executing the brand and marketing strategy across all channels, elevating the digital presence, and producing high-caliber content that resonates with sophisticated financial audiences. Key responsibilities also include building and maintaining relationships with financial media, industry organizations, and conference partners to enhance market visibility, as well as establishing brand guidelines and KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness.
The ideal candidate for the VP of Marketing role at the company will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and 7-12 years of experience in corporate marketing, particularly in financial services, private equity, or real estate investment. They should possess exceptional writing, presentation, and communication skills, and have a proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies that elevate brand presence. Expertise in managing digital platforms, campaigns, and analytics is essential, as is the ability to work in demanding, high-performance environments. The role requires a marketing leader who can blend the discipline of institutional finance with the creativity and agility needed to scale a fast-growing investment platform, and who can partner closely with the executive team to ensure that marketing strategy aligns with business objectives.
