Job Title : Power BI Developer

Location : Overland Park, KS, Bellevue, WA, Frisco, TX or Denver, CO- Onsite

Duration : 3 Month Contract with opportunity to go longer

Pay $60 to 65 / hr

Position Overview :

• We are seeking a PowerBI Developer with Dynamics 365 reporting experience to optimize and enhance call center analytics capabilities. The primary focus of this role will be developing, modifying, and optimizing PowerBI reports while also customizing Dynamics 365 standard reports to meet business needs. This position will play a critical role in improving reporting performance and creating meaningful insights for contact center operations as the customer transitions from Cisco Call Center to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
