NEW Blood Bank Specialist – DAY Shift | South of Boston, MA

Looking for a new opportunity to put your transfusion service expertise to work? This day shift Blood Bank Specialist role offers a chance to join a well-established hospital team just 30–40 minutes south of Boston .

What You’ll Do :

Perform and oversee all technical phases of transfusion service operations

Conduct advanced antibody investigations and complex crossmatch testing

Collaborate closely with physicians and lab staff to ensure high-quality results

Maintain compliance with regulatory and safety standards

What We’re Looking For :

BS / BA in Medical Technology or related field

MT(ASCP) certification required

5+ years of transfusion service experience, including complex antibody work

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and patient safety

Schedule :

Day shift , full-time
