Pride Health is hiring RN-Cath Lab to support our client’s medical facility based in Brockton, Massachusetts. This contract opportunity is a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Responsibilities :

As a Cardiac Cath Lab / EP Lab / PV Nurse, I consistently apply the nursing process to deliver high-quality patient care, including thorough assessment, ongoing reassessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care. I provide clear and compassionate education to patients and their families, ensuring they understand treatment plans and procedures. I uphold professional, legal, and ethical standards in all aspects of care delivery. In addition, I actively contribute to the orientation of new staff and nursing students, sharing knowledge and promoting a collaborative learning environment. I regularly engage in unit-based educational programs to advance my clinical skills and demonstrate leadership within the team. I support the facility’s Performance Improvement Plans by participating in quality improvement initiatives and integrating the latest research findings into my practice. Above all, I adhere strictly to established patient safety goals to ensure optimal outcomes and a safe care environment.

Required Experience :

Minimum : 2+ years recent CV Lab RN experience

Epic EHR experience required

Must have passed Relias Advanced Dysrhythmia Exam

Required Certifications :

BLS – Basic Life Support

ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support

Location : Brockton, Massachusetts

Job Type : Travel Contract

Shift : 3X12 Days

Pay Range : $3200 / Weekly

• Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
