What You’ll Do :
- Promote collaboration, drive continuous improvement, and uphold OpEx with multiple groups, including engineering, operations, maintenance, health & safety, and reliability experts.
- Manage plant overhauls, upgrading projects, and facility growth, while ensuring efficient operations, reviewing production and downtime scheduling, and tackling complex challenges to stable production.
- Survey, evaluate, and report on relevant key performance indicators., while driving programs to modernize engineering operations with well-designed process and facility improvements to reduce downtime and increase productivity.
- Manage the development and administration of budgets for Capex, training, support, and consulting.
- Oversight of engineering drawing controls and processes, and engineering design and equipment specification.
- Supervise the company CMMS that keeps track of all engineering and maintenance undertakings, including breakdowns, outcomes, and contractor activities to ensure proper record-keeping.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure company knowledge of new industry technology and developments.
- Align engineering operations to comply with required company and government regulations for health, environmental, and product safety.
What You’ll Bring :
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, for example, Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering; MBA is desirable.10 years or more of related manufacturing engineering experience.Five or more years managing capital projects, budgets, and schedules maintenance- and engineering-related teams.GMP, FDA, and PMO experience within the food industry is preferred, with low-acid aseptic manufacturing and packaging expertise essential for success.Ability to shift schedules with operational day-to-day needs.The ability to inspect, comprehend, and generate piping and instrumentation diagrams is required.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, ERP and CRM systems, and MES systems.Expertise with process mapping, especially for manufacturing line and / or facility improvements, including scheduling and planning around production downtimes and operations.If this sounds like the position you’ve been looking for, please apply online and / or contact us today for our thoughtful consideration.
