What You’ll Do
- Support the setup of a new manufacturing facility
- Build operational, quality, and safety procedures
- Help hire and develop the first operations team
- Work with global leadership during scale-up
- Support early production and customer orders
- Drive continuous improvement
- Grow into broader site leadership as the plant expands
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in setting up or managing a manufacturing / production facility (battery materials or related field preferred)Strong operational and leadership skills, with a track record of building teams and processes.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a start-up or scale-up environment.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, suppliers, and employees.Knowledge of manufacturing standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.Why This Role Stands Out
