Position Summary

Seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team full-time. This is an on-site position in the Baltimore area, where you'll provide therapy to individuals and couples, helping them navigate emotional challenges, improve communication, and deepen their connection.

Responsibilities :

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals and couples (in-person sessions).
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans.
• Maintain detailed, confidential, and up-to-date clinical records.
• Collaborate with clinical supervisors and attend regular team meetings.
• Stay informed on best practices in relational, sex, and mental health therapy.
