What You’ll Do

As a Charge Nurse , you will :

Provide and coordinate nursing care for residents in accordance with facility policies and state regulations.

Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs to ensure quality resident care.

Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

Maintain accurate documentation and follow all infection control protocols.

Lead by example—fostering teamwork, accountability, and compassion on every shift.

What We’re Looking For

Active GA RN License

Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred

Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills

A genuine passion for caring for seniors and mentoring team members
