Investment Accounting Governance VP

A company is looking for a VP, Investment Accounting Data and Systems Governance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Data & Systems Governance function, ensuring oversight of Clearwater Analytics and related investment data processes

Standardize governance practices and oversee billing accuracy and vendor accountability

Drive automation initiatives and maintain compliance with SOX / internal controls across investment data processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related field

12+ years of experience in investment data management, operations, or systems governance

Deep expertise in Clearwater Analytics and vendor management

Knowledge of SOC 1 reports and user-level controls

Strong project management skills with experience in system upgrades and change management
