Responsibilities (English)

• Take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of all stores within your assigned region, ensuring service quality, revenue growth, cost control, and profit targets are met.
• Lead and coach store managers to implement corporate SOPs, promoting operational consistency and service excellence across all locations.
• Support the opening of new stores—including site evaluation, staffing plans, and pre-opening training—to accelerate regional growth and brand replication.
• Coordinate with HQ departments including Brand / Marketing, Finance, and HR to align resources, execute initiatives, and resolve cross-functional issues efficiently.
• Manage emergency scenarios such as employee disputes, health & safety incidents, or PR crises, and take ownership of handling escalated customer complaints with structured resolutions.
