Job descriptionAdvanced knowledge of AV system design and integration Intermediate experience with structured cabling (voice / data) Intermediate experience with construction project coordination Intermediate experience with RFP technical writing and proposal evaluation Intermediate ability to conduct site walkthroughs and produce technical documentation Proficiency in Microsoft Office / 365 Suite CTS, CTS-D, or equivalent certifications Basic familiarity with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or Revit

Job Title : Audio / Visual (AV) Specialist – Construction IT Projects (Hybrid)
Location : Jackson, MS

Responsibilities
- Participating in project scoping and technical requirements definition
- Conducting site walkthroughs and attending design meetings
- Assisting procurement staff with drafting technical specifications and evaluating proposals
- Serving as subject matter expert for AV and cabling installations
- Coordinating with vendors and construction managers during implementation
- Supporting project closeout, testing, and documentation
