Using excellent customer service and communications skills, your primary duties in this role include :
Responsible for administering the licensing and credentialing process for all clinic providers.Completes state licensing, insurance provider, and medical staff privilege applications for TOC providers in a timely and accurate manner. Maintains CMEs for physicians.Coordinates with physicians, physician-licensing authorities, hospitals, and other outside agencies.Obtains limited primary source information as needed for outside primary source verification.Oversees medical malpractice application process.Assists in the physicians claims process and maintains relevant files / records.Other duties as assigned.Salary : Hiring range, based on experience and credentials : $25.56-$34.58 per hour.
Workdays : This role is located at the Central Administration office. Occasional Hybrid / Remote work is available once training is completed and expectations are met. Must live in SW Washington or the Portland area to come on-site to support projects as needed. Standard schedule is Monday through Friday, full-time at 40 hours per week, from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM.
Qualifications that support success in this role are based on education, experience and values including :
Minimum of five (5) years of previous credentialing experience and a Certified Professional Credentials Specialist (CPCS) is required.Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Demonstrated ability to initiate, work independently, and effectively multitask.Excellent attendance and work ethic.Positive attitude and desire to be a team player.Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, physicians, and other team members.A commitment to patient-focused care, privacy, and safety.What We Offer :
