About the Company :  Our client is a well-established food manufacturing facility, located in western Ohio, that has been in business for nearly 75 years. With steady growth and recent facility renovations, this company offers a stable and rewarding environment for career growth. They operate 2 production shifts, with sanitation on the 3rd shift, and employ just under 250 dedicated team members.

Position Overview :  We are seeking a hands-on  1st Shift Maintenance Supervisor  (5 : 00 a.m.–1 : 30 p.m.) to join the team. This role requires a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes responsibility, and is quick on their feet. The right candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth production operations while also mentoring and guiding the maintenance team.
