Key Responsibilities

Manage cross-functional strategic and operational initiatives for transformational change

Required Qualifications

5-8+ years of consulting experience in a client-facing role

Bachelor's degree or higher, ideally in business, psychology, or a related discipline (MBA preferred)

Experience in organizational change management principles and strategies

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams

Strong project management and organizational skills
