Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Salesforce configurations, workflows, and integrations
Design and maintain robust data models to ensure accuracy and scalability
Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related field
2-3+ years of Salesforce experience, preferably with Non-profit cloud and NPSP
Project management experience preferred, ideally with Mid-market accounts
Ability to effectively engage with various stakeholders
Well-organized with strong prioritization and time management skills
