Job descriptionFT, permanent position Practice Setting : Outpatient, Inpatient EMR System : Epic Patients Per Shift : 15 Beds in Department : 0 Coverage Type : Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call Call Type : Beeper Is Hospital Stroke Certified? Yes Board Certification Required? Board Eligible accepted License Requirement : no license requirements in order to apply Certifications Required : BLS Estimated Credentialing Timeframe : 90 days Clean history required General Urology (Adult) Percutaneous nephrolithotomy Ureteroscopy Nephrectomy Prostatectomy Robotic surgery Renal and bladder ultrasound Ultrasound-guided biopsy TRUS biopsies Incontinence procedures Penile prosthesis ESWL Admissions not required Support Staff : 3 RNs, 5 MAs, 1 PA / NP, 4 office staff Nearest Airport : SEA (Seattle-Tacoma International)
