Requirements : Board Certification; Active WA License and DEA

Schedule : Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm.

Patients Census : 12-14

6 month assignment

Type of Patients : Outpatient only

Support Staff :  Supported by an RN, medical assistants, infusion team

EMR : Epic
