Licensed Outpatient Mental Health Child & Family Therapist (LCSW, LPC)

Outpatient Mental Health Therapist (child, family, adult) :

• We have that opportunity if you are licensed in the state of Virginia as an LPC or LCSW and have a desire to work with children and families!
• Strong preference for Registered Play Therapists or those with training in play therapy.
• MySpectrum  is offering outpatient counseling and coaching to children and adults, focusing on the Autism Spectrum, Substance Abuse Spectrum, Mental Health Spectrum, and Whole Life Spectrum. We are recruiting for an LPC or LCSW Therapist who specializes in play therapy, child therapy, and family therapy (with opportunity to balance the caseload with adult clients as well) in an outpatient setting with a particular focus on children and adolescents.

• We are seeking a Therapist who enjoys their work, likes to have fun, and is passionate about offering the most creative and innovative ways to treat clients.
• We want to serve clients who haven't otherwise been able to find the right fit for therapy, who don't fit the mold of other practices who have more narrow focuses, and most of all, want to reduce the stigma associated with receiving therapy.

Qualifications & Skills :

Teletherapy can be provided any day or time from your home or remote location.  Employer paid training Competitive compensation based on a 60 / 40 split (bi-weekly pay based on sessions conducted, not on what we have collected from insurance; you receive 60% of what we bill insurance regardless of if we get paid) Health insurance available if you average 30 or more billable sessions per week :
