What You’ll Need :

✅ Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience ( vent & trach required )

🎓 Active CT LPN license

🩺 Current BLS certification

🛂 Eligible to work in the U.S.

🚘 Driver’s license (preferred)

📄 Recent physical exam (within 1 year)

🧪 PPD / QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)
