Required Skills:

• Active Ohio Dental License
• Proficiency in general dentistry procedures including crowns, bridges, implant restorations, extractions, and emergency care
• Ability to see patients of all ages
• Strong clinical skills with competence in producing quality work efficiently
• Excellent communication and patient management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, digital dental practice

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with digital X-rays, intraoral cameras, panoramic imaging, CBCT
• Familiarity with paperless charting systems
• Previous experience working in a team-oriented environment
• Certification in sedation or other relevant specialties

Preferred Education and Experience:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Experience with implant dentistry and emergency procedures is advantageous

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work scheduled hours (Mon 9a-5p, Tues 9a-7p, Wed 9a-5p, Thurs 9a-5p, Fri 9a-3p)
• Willingness to consider covering travel & lodging expenses for the right candidate
• Commitment to high standards of patient care and safety
