Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare construction project management Experience managing projects valued at $2 million or more strongly preferred Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
ABOUT THE CLIENT
A respected and well-established commercial general contractor with extensive experience delivering high-quality construction projects. They are currently looking for a Project Manager for multi-million dollar healthcare projects.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Lead projects from pre-construction through completion
- Prepare estimates and budgets as needed
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Identify and resolve project issues with creative problem-solving
- Ensure consistent communication with all project stakeholders
- Manage and support on-site superintendents
- Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
- Oversee project financials and reporting
- Participate in pre-construction services in collaboration with internal teams
- Support and enforce the company’s safety program and standards
