Responsibilities

As an IT business analyst, you'll develop leading-edge systems and processes, partnering with your team of developers and engineers leading our client's modernization efforts. You'll identify clients' business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You'll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you'll lead your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you'll deliver high business value products for our client.

You Have

• Experience with stakeholder or client management
• Experience with testing and mapping various business processes and protocols
• TS / SCI clearance
• HS diploma or GED
• DoD IAT Level II Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
