Senior Process Engineer / Senior Project Engineer - Chemical Plant
Our Baton Rouge area client is seeking a Sr.Process / Project Engineer who will
- be responsible for providing process and technical expertise oncontinuous and batch processes and developing practical solutions toprocess-related problems
- establish and maintain productive working relationships with productionengineers, supervisors, R&D, and maintenance.
- travel around 10% of the time to other plant locations include Georgia, California, Ohio, Illinois, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Washington State.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in ChemicalEngineering.
- 8+ years of relatedexperience in engineering design of chemical plants, including hands-on troubleshootingexperience.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of chemical engineering fundamentals.
- Knowledge of piping and equipment codes, product safety standards, etc.
- Working knowledge of PLC and DCS control systems.
- Motivated and results-oriented individual.
- Hands-on doer. A participative engineering style and self-starter.
- Ability to work independently as well as on a team.
