We're looking for a driven and knowledgeable Regional Sales Manager who can connect our groundbreaking technology with the right customers and help accelerate our market growth.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the midwest territory. You'll work closely with the engineering and product teams to understand customer needs and translate technical capabilities into compelling value propositions.
Note : This role is remote-friendly but candidates must reside in the U.S. Midwest. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $110,000 to $150,000 (plus uncapped target based incentives). We are open to a variety of seniority levels for this role and will build compensation packages that are commensurate with seniority and skill level. Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation all Full-Time Employees are eligible for Employee Stock Options. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off, medical / dental / vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees.
