Job Title : Graphic Designer - Store OpsDuration : Sep. 2024- Feb. 2025)Location : Hybrid; Onsite 3x a week in Columbus, OHPay : $40-$48 / hour depending on experienceJob Description : Looking for a self-driven individual contributor, who will be responsible for executing print and digital layouts and revisions as assigned for internal marketing campaigns for in-house creative teamMust be able to consistently meet project deadlines and maintain a high level of work while managing multiple projects across multiple platformsMust be able to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environmentQualifications include : 4-7+ years of experience at an in house creative department or design agencyStrong creative, conceptual, organizational, problem solving and time-management skillsAdaptable and quick learnerAdvanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator must have) (After Effects / Premiere is a plus)Experience in Microsoft Office (emphasis on Word and PowerPoint)Possess strong conceptual skills, high level sense of design, a broad thinker who is able to offer a variety of design solutionsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team as well as work individuallyExpert knowledge in graphic & pre-production processAbility to work with vendors and partners around all project specifications including budgets, quantities and version controlAbility to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment with shifting prioritiesMust demonstrate sophisticated aesthetic, technical skill, and knowledge of current design and UX trendsStrong understanding of design principles including composition, color, and hierarchy of messaging, emphasizing the use of typography and photography in layoutAdaptable, quick learner that seeks feedback and responds effectively and appropriately to creative feedback and provides solutions to keep the projects movingOutstanding attitude and ability to respond effectively and appropriately to creative feedbackWhat are the top 3 to 5 skills you are looking for from a candidate for both soft skills and technical skills?Soft Skills :
