Responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls and emails.
• Accurately enter orders received from the customer by phone, fax or email.
• Process and follow through rush orders.
• Build long term relationships with our customers.
• Support the sales staff with customer requests.
• Communicate with the Customer Service Manager on a daily basis.
• Develop a thorough understanding of production capabilities.
• Create cost estimates based on customer's requests.
• Support other Customer Service Representatives as needed.
• Obtain supplier estimates and place purchase orders.

Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits

The starting wage is $22-$26 / hr depending on experience. Office hours are Monday - Friday 7 : 30am - 4 : 00pm.
