Responsibilities

• Product & Process Development : Responsible for designing, improving, and maintaining new and existing products and processes that are cost-efficient, manufacturable, and reliable.
• Market Research : Research markets for various applications of spunbond technology nonwoven fabrics in the automotive, building materials, construction, and industrial sectors.
• Material Innovation : Research all available raw materials, fibers, and chemicals to identify opportunities for product improvement and cost reduction.
• Technical Leadership : Provide guidance and expertise to business champions, sales & marketing teams, and customers on both new and existing products.
• Project Reporting : Track and report project progress and milestones to management for visibility and alignment.
