A world-class Roofing Contractor, providing relentless customer service throughout Nashville metro area is looking to expand.  My client is a growing, and progressive Commercial Roofing Contractor, who  is seeking to add another Project Manager to bring their company to the next level of excellence. In addition, the right candidate in this position has the real potential to grow into a leadership role within the company. My client is looking for big picture team members who can collaborate on multiple jobs.  We aren't the biggest contractor, but we are the BEST when it comese understanding the importance of reducing downtime, minimizing interruptions, and preventing further loss of revenue. Thier mission is to immediately and consistently deliver exceptional results whenever and wherever.

Commercial Roof Project Manager Duties

• Coordinate meetings for up-to-date labor figures
• Review estimates with management and scope of work
• Work with a variety of commercial roofs; TPO, EPDM, BUILT-UP, Metal, Mod-Bit, and More
• Run Commercial Roofing projects on time and under budget
• Run crews of foreman, superintendents, etc
• Make site visits and make sure work is being completed per specs
