Restaurant Manager Responsibilities :
- Coordinate daily Front-of-the-House operations with the General Manager
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction make it great!
- Support high-level staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and morale
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
Restaurant Manager Requirements :
- 3+ years in a similar leadership position in full-service restaurants show progression in your career
