About the Role : Inventory Associate
As our Inventory Associate, youll play a vital role in keeping our store running efficiently and our shelves stocked with the products our customers love. Youll handle incoming freight, prepare merchandise for the sales floor, fulfill online and special orders, organize inventory, and work closely with our Operations Manager and Sales Management team to ensure everything flows smoothly from receiving to customer delivery.
This is a hands-on position that requires strong attention to detail, excellent organization, and a proactive attitude. If you love a well-organized stockroom, thrive in a busy environment, and get satisfaction from keeping things accurate and efficient this role is for you!
What Youll Be Doing :
Receive Shipments : Process incoming deliveries, verify accuracy against purchase orders and invoices, and ensure all items are properly checked into our POS system.
Ready Merchandise for the Floor : Tag, hang, and prepare new arrivals for placement on the sales floor to keep displays fresh and exciting.
Fulfill Online Orders : Accurately pick, pack, and ship online purchases to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Fulfill Special Orders : Manage customer special orders that ship from the store, communicating updates and ensuring timely fulfillment.
Maintain Inventory Accuracy : Conduct regular cycle counts, track and organize stock, and report any discrepancies to management.
Support the Team : Work collaboratively with the Operations and Sales Managers to ensure products are available and ready for customers.
Organize and Optimize Stockrooms : Keep inventory areas tidy, accessible, and well-labeled so the sales team can find items quickly.
Ensure Quality : Inspect all incoming products for condition and accuracy.
What Were Looking For :

Demonstrates strong and proactive communication skills, both written and verbal someone who keeps the team informed and works collaboratively to solve problems
Has excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Is proactive, dependable, and self-motivated
Pays close attention to detail and enjoys working with data and systems
Can comfortably lift and move boxes (typically 3040 lbs)
Has working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with experience in data entry; familiarity with POS or inventory software is a plus
