Job Details

• Lead / coordinate projects and teams, manage client and subcontractor / vendor relationships, identify business opportunities, review estimates, produce quality work that's on schedule and profitable, resolve issues, prioritize / delegate tasks, and organize / track materials and resources.
• Ensure project deadlines and efficiency, control job costs, coordinate meetings, maintain project logs / docs, manage budget and jobsite safety, participate in employee reviews / recruitment, and schedule activities.
