PROJECT COORDINATOR (Commercial Construction)

Award Winning and growing General Contractor is seeking to fill some key positions.  They like to separate themselves from competition, good company, good stable work, good employee base. They offer Construction Mgmt Services, Construction, Project Planning and Maintenance Services. They offer self-perform, Concept to Completion and works primarily within Central Texas. Their a progressive commercial construction client with 40yrs experience in Commercial Ground Up - Healthcare, K-12, Higher Education, Churches, Offices, Municipal, Facilities, Industrial, Parking Garages, and also  Concrete  – Self Performs Civil and Commercial Concrete needs : Flatwork, Precast, Structural, Excavation, plus...  Large Scale Commercial Ground Up Projects  $30MIL to $100MIL.

The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Project Manager and Superintendent. This includes completing paperwork and processes necessary for completion of the project while enabling the Project Manager to spend more time with customers, superintendents, etc. The Project Coordinator is primarily responsible for organizing the project, processing billings, contract administration, and completing closeout.

  • 1+ years of experience in construction administration.
  • Handle Project Documentation, Billings, Contract Administration, Project Team Support, and more..
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Sage300) is preferred
  • Ability to support multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
