Cypress Automation Test Lead

As a Cypress Automation Test Lead, you will make an impact by designing and implementing robust automation frameworks that ensure the quality and reliability of our software solutions. You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering & Assurance team and work collaboratively with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality applications. In this role, you will :

• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Cypress and TypeScript.
• Write and execute SQL queries to validate data and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand enterprise tech stacks and develop automation solutions.
• Analyze and troubleshoot test failures, identify root causes, and provide actionable solutions.
• Continuously improve and optimize test automation processes, tools, and best practices.

Salary and Other Compensation :

Applications will be accepted until 10 / 10 / 2025. The annual salary for this position is between [$71,100 / - to $112,500 / -] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
