Construction Engineer

TEC is looking for anamazingly talented Construction Engineer to join our team! In thisrole you will get to perform a wide variety of constructionengineering on challenging constructionprojects.
What Youll Be Doing :
Performconstruction engineering assignments primarily involvingconstructability reviews temporary works designs and theobservation of work in progress.
Resolve technicalengineering problems and coordinate eld application ofsolutions.
Review and interpret discipline designdrawings and specications for potential constructabilityissues.
Maintain highlevel quality assurance to conrmwork product is performed in accordance with the plans specicationsand industry standards.
Assist construction personnelwith general technical details.
Produce designs anddrawings for temporary works commonly used inconstruction.
Collaborate with construction managementteam to reduce and eliminate potential for environmental and safetyhazards.
May assist eld personnel and constructionmanagement in portions of larger more complex activities asdirected.
Perform other responsibilities associated withthis position as may beappropriate.
What RequiredSkills Youll Bring :
Bachelors Degree in engineering orconstructionrelated eld or equivalent constructionrelated workexperience.
Working knowledge of engineering andconstructionrelated processes.
Familiarity withconstruction industry practices.
Ability to prepareclear and concise oral and written communications.
Willingness to travel and / or relocate to construction sitelocations is expected
What Desired Skills YoullBring :
05 years of related eld experience on aconstruction site is preferred.
Registered ProfessionalEngineer is preferred.
Knowledge of Windows OfceSystems; particularly in Excel Word and Outlook ispreferred.
Familiarity with CAD and other softwarepackages typically associated with engineering andconstruction.
Capable of reading construction plans anddrawings.
Team and leadershipskills.
