Northern Light Medical Management is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Clinical Operations with experience specifically in hospital-based radiology, to oversee the administrative operations of our Healthcare Clients organizations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of leadership in a hospital-based operations environment.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in radiologic technology, healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MS, PhD, MD) preferred
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in radiology operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Hospital based radiology experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of imaging modalities, quality assurance processes, and regulatory requirements
• Proven experience in project management and budget oversight.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
• Proficiency in software and other relevant radiology technological tools.
