Payroll Processor

A healthcare company located in Culver City is seeking a Payroll Processor to join the team. The Payroll Processor will need to be a dedicated individual with a strong background in Kronos software and shift differentials. The ideal candidate will excel in managing payroll operations for a large workforce and demonstrate proficiency in relevant software systems.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee and process bi-weekly payroll for a workforce of approximately 300+ employees.
• Ensure compliance with California overtime regulations and labor laws.
• Utilize Paychex or Kronos web-based payroll systems to accurately process employee payments.
• Manage timekeeping operations using Kronos or comparable platforms.
• Collaborate with a team of two other payroll processors to meet strict deadlines.
• Handle 401k and RRSP administration duties efficiently.
• Leverage advanced Excel skills to organize, analyze, and report payroll data.
• Adapt quickly to new tasks and procedures in a fast-paced work environment.
• Maintain accurate records and resolve payroll-related discrepancies.
• Provide exceptional support to employees regarding payroll inquiries.
