Payroll Specialist (Santa Ana, CA)

We’re looking for an experienced Payroll Processor to join a great team in Santa Ana, CA for a Contract-Hire opportunity!

What You’ll Do :

Process accurate and timely multi-state weekly payroll

Review and verify employee timecards prior to payroll runs

Handle payroll adjustments (salary changes, bonuses, commissions, etc.)

Support employees and managers with payroll-related inquiries

Partner with HR and team members to ensure seamless payroll operations

Help improve processes and maintain payroll documentation

What We’re Looking For :

Proven experience in payroll processing (multi-state preferred)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Team-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Familiarity with payroll software systems
