BILINGUAL ONSITE SUPERVISOR in a warehouse facility
Schedule : Wednesday- Sunday
1 : 00 PM – 9 : 00 PM Wed-Fri, 8am-5pm Sat & Sun

Requirements :
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Flexible availability – Must also be responsive to emails and phone calls outside of regular hours and on days off as needed.
- Strong communication skills – Must be professional, clear, and respectful in all interactions. The ability to address sensitive issues appropriately and with tact is essential.
- Staffing experience required – Experience in recruiting or onsite staffing is a must. This role involves both recruiting and onsite support.
- Tech-savvy – Comfortable using online platforms, especially Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities :
New Associate Support- Be onsite at shift start on days with new associate arrivals. Assist them with orientation, including time clocks, breakroom locations, and general facility knowledge.Employee Record Management- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all associates in both SVMS and Swipejobs platforms.Assignment & Order Accuracy- Keep assignment rosters current and accurate in both systems. Ensure job orders opened by the client in SVMS are properly opened and closed in Swipejobs.Onboarding & Training- Manage all onboarding paperwork and ensure compliance with client training requirements, including initial and annual re-trainings. Conduct orientations and upload completed documentation to associate profiles in SVMS.Support for Associates & Client- Serve as the point of contact for both associates and the client, assisting with any issues or concerns that arise.Timekeeping Oversight- Verify daily that all associates have clocked in / out correctly. Any timecard discrepancies should be addressed with the employee’s supervisor before adjustments are made.Weekly Timecard Submission- Responsible for submitting timecards at the end of each week to ensure supervisors can review and approve them on time.
