ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

As a Concrete Estimator at Okland, you’ll play a key role in shaping successful projects from the ground up. You’ll lead the estimating of concrete structures across multiple jobs—performing detailed quantity take-offs, evaluating constructability, and helping develop efficient construction sequences. Your understanding of production factors and pricing will directly influence accurate, competitive budgets. You’ll collaborate closely with operations teams, trade partners, and preconstruction colleagues to ensure every estimate reflects both scope and strategy. With strong organization and attention to detail, you’ll track design changes, reconcile estimates, and clearly communicate cost impacts—all while upholding Okland’s core values in every interaction.
