Overnight Crew Member

DC Burger is looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Crew Members. In this role, you’ll be a key part of our restaurant operations—delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service while helping to create a clean, welcoming environment for our guests. As a Crew Member, you'll work across multiple stations, including front counter, kitchen, and dining area, to ensure every guest has a great experience from start to finish. You’ll also assist with cleaning, stocking, and supporting your teammates during busy shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile while taking orders and processing payments.

• Prepares and packages food and beverage items according to brand standards.

• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the dining room, restrooms, and exterior areas.

• Follows all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in work areas.

• Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed.

• Demonstrates punctuality and consistent attendance for scheduled shifts.

• Adheres to Burger King uniform, grooming, and appearance standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with guests and team members.

• Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work at various stations.
