Job description1-2 years' experience with full-cycle recruitment; transportation industrial recruitment experience is strongly preferred. Ability to work independently and collaboratively Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exposure to a high volume, fast-paced environment.
Responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including drafting and posting job ads, sourcing passive candidates, managing and conducting interviews, coordinating logistics and providing feedback to hiring manager.
- Assist in workforce planning to determine hiring needs and resource allocation.
- Ensures communications with candidates are professional and timely.
- Provide support to the logistics and operation team on related projects and duties as needed.
